Any Dream Will Do : Week 3 .. 14 April 2007
The final twelve are chosen, this is the first of the live shows - and Lee staked his claim on the prize right from the start with a slick and charasmatic performance of 'Mack the Knife', his confidence on stage belying his shyness off it and giving some an early, false impression of arrogance.

Opening number: The first live show opens with 'Any Dream Will Do' from the final twelve - a first opportunity to see them in the individually coloured coats they were to wear throughout the series.
Lee's VT: Each solo was preceded by a short VT - this is Lee's first of the series.
Lee's solo: An astonishingly slick and charismatic performance from Lee in his first live show solo.
Judges' comments: The moment of truth... as seen by John Barrowman, Denise Van Outen, Bill Kenwright and Zoe Tyler!
Group number: An early introduction to a format that was to become very familiar - a line each giving individuals their moment in the spotlight, the difference in how effectively each used their moment quite startling!
Podcast: Podcasts were released after each live show, giving the contestants a chance to reflect on their performance and the challenges ahead. This is the 'Meady bit' of the first.
