SERIES 28, EPISODE 32 - THE QUIET MAN
Again only fleeting glimpses of Mr Mead in this episode (after a week of none at all!), but nonetheless, clicking on the picture (right) will take you to some screencaps.
Radio Times: "For the second week running, the opening shot of Connie is of her designer high heel emerging from a car. Only this time Zoe's high heel is also making contact with the pavement in the adjoining parking bay. Ooh, that rivalry is heating up – no doubt in a month's time we'll have stiletto-in-eyeball injuries to contend with. As it is, Nick Jordan is sending warning emails to Zoe about how frightfully ambitious Connie can be. And as if further evidence were needed, just check out the way Ms Beauchamp wields her scalpel for an impromptu bit of surgery in the ED. Darn, she's good."
Synopsis: Connie, Zoe and Lily pull together to treat a father and his daughter, which proves easier said than done as the girl suffers from ADHD, while Charlie helps an old biker come to terms with his wife's dementia.
With my ever grateful thanks to the anonymous editor and my profuse apologies to those of the cast who have hit the cutting room floor, here's the 'Meady bits' edit!
