Press night for the QDOS Production of Robin Hood at Plymouth's Theatre Royal came after less than two weeks' rehearsals and six preview shows - but the wonderful cast were more than ready, and the reviews were glowing:"...this slice of panto perfection." - The Stage

Lee Mead, in the title role, is this year reunited with magnificent baddie, Nigel Havers, as the Sheriff of Nottingham and with panto dame, Jeffrey Holland. The comedy this year comes from Bobby Davro as Will Scarlett and the glamour from Maria Coyne as Maid Marion and Katrina Murphy as the Spirit of Sherwood. Edward Court as Little John and Norton James as Alan A Dale complete the band of Merry Men.
The principals are brilliantly supported by a very talented ensemble - Courtney George, William Goold (who deserves special mention for Gavin!), Sophie Hamilton, Mitchell Harper, Sallie-Beth Lawless, Connor Anderton Mcleod, Danielle O'Reilly and Fabio Santos - and two teams of 'Babes'. Finally, Musical Director, Shaun Critten, leads a small but perfectly formed band.
