| Lee joined James Martin and guest chefs Patrick Williams and Bryn Williams on Saturday Kitchen. Faced with Lee's choice of food heaven - lamb, and food hell - batter, the guests in the studio and callers to the programme subjected him to 'hell' - fritto misto (beer-battered seafood).
