Lee Mead : My Band & Me .. 2021

Ever since Lee told Magic Radio a couple of months ago that his COVID-hit 2020 My Band And Me tour would finally be going ahead in Autumn 2021, I've been keeping my eyes peeled for news and this week a few clues started appearing, following by tweeted confirmation from the man himself, that an announcement was imminent! Venues started going on sale at 10am today Friday 27 November with the full schedule being published a little later in the day, accompanied by a lovely video from Lee!

Lee says of the tour: "So excited to be on the road again with my new show. I'll be turning 40 next year so I want the 'My Band & Me' tour to be the best yet and one big celebration of my life at 40 singing hits from throughout my career and from my new album." Can't wait to get the party started!

This page, now filled with no less that THIRTY-FIVE concert dates (most now on sale), feels to me like a beacon, shining across the months of dark theatres to a time when I hope with every fibre of my being we can gather again in numbers to see Lee doing what he does best. Just the prospect of this tour puts the biggest smile on my face... it's hard to imagine how we'll all feel stepping into an auditorium again, never mind when the lights dim and the music starts!
