SERIES 30, EPISODE 8 - FLUTTERBYThere wasn't much of Lofty tonight, but what little there was mostly involved Dylan once more, as the friendship between the two men blossoms, and was sheer delight (including perhaps my favourite Lofty line to date - the last words he utters in the video edit below).
With news breaking yesterday that Lee is returning to the musical theatre stage next year as Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, we must savour every morsel of Loftyness until he disappears from our screens next Spring (I understand he will finish filming in about six weeks when he breaks for panto and who knows if, let alone when, he will return - while he has mentioned he is in talks to do so, he added that nothing is yet confirmed).
Synopsis: Love conquers all for a young couple, while emergency nurse Charlie is on hand to help a father and daughter deal with their grief. Hospital drama, starring Amanda Mealing, William Beck and Lee Mead.
