SERIES 30, EPISODE 20 - SHAMEAs feared, it was back to 'blink and you miss him' Lofty this week, though if you didn't blink, what there was of him was very nicely played by Mr Mead! I do hope that's not the end of the story for Lofty and his promotion, when he does leave our screens, I'd like him to do so with purpose (and the possibility of a return) rather than simply being there one day and gone the next...
Synopsis: Office prankster Murray makes use of a fake scratch card to trick his colleague Claire into thinking she has won £100,000. Buoyed by her supposed success, Claire quits her job and prepares to claim her winnings, but a nasty mishap takes her to the ED, where she eventually discovers the truth, and decides to take advantage of her situation to get her own back on her co-worker.
Meanwhile, Noel is mugged by a mysterious assailant, while Big Mac cowers nearby. When Noel regains consciousness relatively unharmed, he assumes Mac drove the attacker away, and proclaims him a hero. Elsewhere, Ethan's frustration over the restrictions enforced by the system causes him to take drastic action.
