S19-E55 : THINGS LEFT UNSAIDAfter last week's 'shock' (if you hadn't already read the preview!) announcement from Lofty that he'd requested a transfer, this week found him settling in to his new territory on AAU, his natural empathy with his patients causing ructions with an under-pressure Morven in the faster-paced environment. But all came good in the end... and much as I've loved the scenes between Lee and David Ames in recent weeks, it was lovely to see Lofty actually doing some nursing!
And for those still yearning for a happy ending for the pair, the look between them in the final scene - so beautifully played - left us in no doubt that their story is far from over!
Synopsis: Nina must decide if she can trust Fredrik when he discovers a secret that forces her to question her future with Matteo. Meanwhile, Oliver is stung when a face from the past arrives at Holby, unearthing painful memories and threatening his position on Darwin. And Lofty's first day on AAU takes a bad turn when his meticulous approach annoys an overworked Morven.
Finally, with my apologies to those of the cast who have hit the cutting room floor, is the "'Meady edit'. And with such an expressive face, there are lots of lovely screencaps!
