Lee first mentioned the possibility of Pheasantry gigs before Christmas in his chat with CCR a few days ago... I thought two or three at most, if we were very lucky. So imagine my delight when I followed today's casual 'on sale now' tweet to find not two, not three, but EIGHT shows across four Sundays in November!UPDATE 23-OCT-2020 Sadly, as so much else in this awful year, these shows are now cancelled - full refunds will be given. Following the imposition of Tier 2 restrictions in London with the potential for even greater restrictions looming, Pizza Express Live have taken the difficult decision to cancel all shows until Spring 2021 at all their music venues, which only opened again a week or so ago.
I'm absolutely gutted for Lee, who must be even more disappointed than his fans at this news, and now turn my gaze again to the distant horizon almost a year hence when the 2021 reboot of Lee's COVID-cancelled My Band and Me tour is scheduled to take place. I'm expecting tickets to go on sale following announcement of the full tour schedule sometime in the next few weeks.
The Pizza Express Live Music Office will now begin the task of processing refunds to all ticket holders. You can expect a confirmation email regarding your purchase(s) to be with you in the next seven days, then your refund will follow once processed by your bank. This usually takes 3-5 working days.
