Lee Mead joined Tony Fisher live on his afternoon show for BBC Radio Essex on Monday 13 July, primarily to talk about his forthcoming 'Some Enchanted Evening' tour which kicks off later that week and will be calling at Clacton's West Cliff Theatre on Sunday 16 August. But being an Essex lad, they also found time to talk about the call of the sea and the possibility of Lee doing another programme of his own for the station following his debut last Christmas Day.
Lee's last Clacton concert was a huge success and with an all new show harking back to the golden age of Hollywood musicals, which he previewed at three intimate gigs at London's Pheasantry in late June, his return visit is sure to be a hot ticket!
