Lee Mead and his Casualty co-star and tour guest, Amanda Henderson, were honoured to be invited to present three BAFTA Cymru Awards during the 2015 ceremony, hosted by Huw Stephens, which took place at Cardiff's St David's Hall on Sunday 27 September.
Their appearance came near the end of the event, which saw awards presented in thirty categories. Those that fell to Lee and Amanda's hand were:
PHOTOGRAPHY AND LIGHTING - won by Owen McPolin for 'Da Vinci's Demons' from Adjacent Productions, Phantom Four Films / FOX
SINGLE DOCUMENTARY - won by 'Jamie Baulch - Looking for my Birth Mum' from Avanti Media / BBC One - Production Team. The team behind this programme included a face very familiar to Lee - that of Connie Fisher, aka Maria!
PRESENTER - won by Rhod Gilbert for 'RAF Fighter Pilot: Rhod Gilbert's Work Experience' from Zipline Creative / Parasol Media / BBC Two
The event was live-streamed online (with a few technical glitches along the way) which yielded the presentation images at the foot of the page.
