SERIES 29, EPISODE 18 - THE LAST GOODBYEI love what the Casualty team, and Lee of course, are doing with Lofty - his character is rounding out nicely as we see more focus on the attributes that make him a good nurse rather than the occasional clumsiness that amuses his colleagues so. I used to joke about Lee's amazing acting eyebrows but he does have the most expressive face which says at least as much as, sometimes more than, the scripted dialogue!
Synopsis: On Rita's first day as Clinical Nurse Manager she has a visitor from her past, in the shape of her ex-husband Mark. Grace goes missing - and when Mark is suspected of snatching her, Connie pins the blame on Rita and assures her that her days are numbered. Despite Grace being found safe, Audrey arrives and insists on taking Grace with her to New York to live with her father.
Meanwhile, Lofty deals with a patient who thinks her daughter's being abused and Ethan rescues Honey after she injures herself at the pole dancing club, which almost results in them sharing a kiss.
