S19-E50 : VEIL OF TEARS Part OneWhile Lofty isn't mentioned in the synopsis below, we know from photos taken on set during filming, clips in the autumn trailer and from Series Producer, Kate Hall's interview with Digital Spy that he is very much there on the day.
Kate said of the episode: "We're exploring the issues of mental health again, and the performances in the wedding episode from John Michie, Camilla Arfwedson, James Anderson, David Ames, Rosie Marcel, Ayesha Dharker, Lee Mead and Alex Walkinshaw are fantastic. They're all totally at the top of their game and it's a brilliant, brilliant episode." It's clear we're in for a treat!
The episode airs 8pm Tuesday 19 September (10.45pm in Scotland).
Synopsis: It is the day of Oliver and Zosia's wedding, and as family and friends gather, emotions are at an all-time high, but the arrival of a particular guest threatens to ruin their happy day. Meanwhile, Jac and Nina bump heads over the running of Darwin ward. However, unforeseen events soon force them to put their differences aside.
