The Any Dream Will Do finalists earn their Blue Peter badges with a guest appearance on the legendary children's programme two days before they go head to head to win the role of Joseph in the West End revival of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
First they chat to the presenters, one of whom had himself gone through the early audition phases of the BBC casting competition, and later, with the Blue Peter pets sitting at their feet (at least until the drums crashed and lightning flashed), singing out the show with 'Any Dream Will Do'.
