Lee Mead .. Timeline - BBC Radio Kent, July 2019

I'd been keeping an eye out for this interview on BBC Radio Kent since Total Productions mentioned it a wee while back... and I nearly missed it! But thanks to a twitter heads-up from Phil Harrison on whose weekend show it aired, here it is ... Lee chatting to Phil and BBC Kent's roving showbiz reporter Natalie Eacersall about bringing his fabulous My Story tour to the county's Hever Festival and about much more besides, including hair care for the curls!

The tour's stop at Hever Castle promises to be a very special night as, quite apart from the beautiful setting, uniquely during this tour, Lee will be joined on stage not only by the lovely Beverley Humphreys (think Eammon Andrews on 'This Is Your Life'!) and his musical director Adam Dennis on piano, but also by violinist John Pearce whose supreme skill on the fiddle (that doesn't sound quite right!) will bring an added dimension to an already brilliant show.
