They started at the beginning - well, what most of us know as the beginning, although it was several years in for Lee - his time on the Any Dream Will Do TV show and the impact it had on his career. They chatted a while about Wicked, now celebrating 18 years in the West End, and what makes a great musical.
Finally, they talked of how he puts his own show together and what it means to him... he certainly has learned over the years how to craft a beautifully balanced and hugely entertaining show and I can personally vouch for the fact that his voice is as good (better, I say) than ever. Only a few tickets remain for the last six tour dates - best availability is at Newbridge (nr Newport, 11 Oct) and Peterborough (12 Oct), there are a handful of tickets left for East Grinstead (9 Oct), Bridgwater (10 Oct) and Scunthorpe (23 Oct), and Blyth (24 Oct) is already sold out.
To sum up, this was a lovely chat and you can hear it all here...
