The show opens on Saturday 7 December, running to Sunday 12 January 2020 with press night on Wednesday 11 December.
Lee shares 'top of the bill' with one of his comedy heroes Joe Pasquale (as Wishee Washee), with David Robbins (Widow Twankey), Debra Michaels (The Empress), Tegan Bannister (Princess Jasmine) and Phil Corbitt (Abanazer). I wonder if teenage Lee ever dared to dream he'd one day be starring alongside Joe when he operated the follow-spot for him during a period of work experience at Southend's Cliffs Pavilion all those years ago!
Emma Sullivan, Theatre Director at Milton Keynes is delighted...
"We're looking forward to having Lee Mead in MK this Christmas, he's a firm audience favourite and we know he'll go down a storm as Aladdin."
With press night on 11 December, the reviews are coming in ... read (or in one case watch!) them HERE.
