One of the things I love about Lee is that he's never lost the sense of wonder in all that his career brings him - this comes across loud and clear in his lively chat with Kate, roving over many topics... singing Seven Seas of Rhye (his solo in the show) for Brian May, being in tech rehearsals at the Coliseum and emerging to hear Queen songs blasting from the pub on the corner, co-star and great friend Brenda Edward's part in prompting him to audition (for his first baddie role!) and much more besides. His Queen song of choice today though is Don't Stop Me Now - a favourite of fiancée Issy and her son Alfie.
He also touches on his plans for the rest of the year - his regular gig for P&O Cruises, pantomime in Hull this Christmas and touring with his band in October (full tour announcement imminent!). He's a busy, busy man!
